Joe Mauer just proposed to his GF on Saturday. Maddie Bisanz is a fellow Cretin-Derham Hall graduate. He proposed to her down in Sanibel, Florida. They’ve been dating for about a year and half. “I was hoping for a yes and she said yes,” Mauer said when he proposed. “I’m getting to marry my best friend.”

The only thing Ponder cares about right now are the text messages waiting for him in his locker from all the chicks lining up to console him tonight from this shitty performance today. MN Wild are the first team to 20 wins in the NHL. It took the Wild 40 games to reach 20 wins last year, they did it in only 30 this year. Hold a 4 point lead in the entire NHL. Riding a 7 game win streak, 7 in a row on the road making their record 10-3-1 on the road. Have won 17 of their last 21 games. Their last lost came back on November 27th. One more road game in Winnepig on Tuesday then home for 2 against the Hawks and Isles.
